An EAP is a professional resource for confidential consultation, counseling and referral to help with problems such as emotional strains, substance abuse, work stresses, family issues, marital and financial concerns. What is the purpose of providing this benefit?

How serious do my problems have to be before taking them to the EAP?

If the problem is significant enough to be bothersome, then it is worth a call to Gup & Associates to discuss these concerns.

What is my cost for this service?

The employer’s cost is based upon Per Capita (ex. yearly rate multiplied by the number of employees within the organization), Fee for Service (amount of time spent in providing services) and/or a Combination (of the above). Pricing is based on service configuration and customer size. We will work with you to tailor an agreement that best fits your organization.
